Can I send just one photo?
Yes. A single family photograph starts at $0.99. No collection minimum.
Can I upload from my phone?
Yes. After checkout, open your private order link and select files from your phone. Uploads are private. JPEG, PNG, PDF, TIFF, HEIC/HEIF and the listed document/archive formats are accepted.
Can you scan a legal-size page?
Yes, flat items up to 8.5 × 14 inches. Discuss bound, fragile, framed or oversized material before sending it.
Do I always get a PDF?
No. Photos usually return as JPEG; documents as searchable PDF where readable; recipes as PDF with transcription plus the original JPEG.
Can I get a USB copy?
Yes, by quote. Media, capacity, destination and shipping must be confirmed. Digital download is already included.
Where do I mail originals?
Contact support with your order number. We agree receiving address, packing, handling and return shipping before anything is sent.
How long does it take?
We confirm timing after reviewing the materials and scope. Let us know about deadlines before ordering.
