Eftsona Preservation
Your family materials stay private.
Customer source uploads, master scans, proofs and final files are stored privately. Access uses your private order link and short-lived signed file links.
Access and storage
Anyone holding your private order link can access that order, so keep it secure. File links expire after 15 minutes and downloads are disabled for refunded or disputed orders. Payment card details are handled by Stripe.
Your materials
Only upload material you own or have permission to copy. Contact support for access or deletion requests and the retention arrangements for your project. Download and keep your own backup; the service is not a promise of permanent cloud storage.
Analytics
We count Preservation visits, installation events, checkout starts and order totals. Archive text, filenames and source images are not used as public analytics or public previews. The app does not cache private order pages or customer files offline.
