What counts as an item?

Use the scope on each product. A document or journal page means one scanned side. A letter includes up to two pages. A postcard includes front and back; a greeting card or funeral program includes up to four sides. A mixed archive counts each photo or scanned document side as one item. Recipe services include transcription; mixed scanning packages do not include specialty transcription.

Physical originals

Flat physical scanning supports up to legal size, 8.5 × 14 inches. Contact us before sending fragile, bound, framed, oversized or unusual materials. We must agree receiving address, packing, handling, shipping and return arrangements before dispatch. Shipping is not included in the scanning price. USB media and delivery are quoted separately.

Production and corrections

Scanning is human production, not instant conversion after payment. We confirm scope and turnaround after reviewing materials. Restoration, album and cookbook upgrades include a private proof and one correction pass within the purchased scope. Additional work or severe damage requires a quote and your agreement before proceeding. Unclear text is marked; factual accuracy of supplied records is not certified.

Files and delivery

Recommended formats and private download are included. Extra formats may require extra work; we confirm that before production. Save the completed files and keep a separate backup. USB copies are optional by quote. Final files are labeled Open and Download, with no further approval needed. Refresh the private page for fresh links. Support can reissue delivery access.

Refunds

Contact support promptly if an item cannot be handled safely, the scope differs from what was purchased or there is a production error. We review cancellation, correction and refund requests based on work completed. A refund or payment dispute disables digital access through the shared order system. Your applicable consumer rights are unaffected.
