What does it cost?

Use the current service page for the price and item definition. One document side is one page. USB archive copies and shipping require a quote; digital download is included.

Can I send physical originals?

Flat physical scanning supports items up to legal size, 8.5 × 14 inches. Contact support before sending fragile, bound, framed, oversized or unusual materials. Agree receiving, packing, handling, shipping and return arrangements first.

Will every item become a PDF?

No. Photos usually return as JPEG; readable documents as searchable PDF; recipes as PDF with transcription. Check the selected service scope for the exact deliverable.

How long does preservation take?

Timing is confirmed after reviewing the materials and scope. Discuss any deadline before ordering.

How do I get order or refund help?

Contact a person using the existing support method. Share your order number and purchase email only with support. Leave passwords, card details and private purchase links out of this helper. Support reviews the applicable published policy; this helper cannot look up orders, change purchases or approve refunds.
